All bungalows are self-contained and include; ensuite, refrigerator, ceiling fans and/or air conditioning, a kitchenette, toaster, insect screens plus tea and coffee making facilities.

A continental breakfast is included with all tariffs except the cottage and the Lodge.

All rooms are serviced daily, including the cottage and divers lodge.

Cots, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available on request.

The Resort is fitted with ADSL wifi and the coverage is being extended to include the entire Resort area, and 150 metres out to sea for the cruisers.

Water view bungalows

These bungalows face the sheltered waters of Segond Channel overlooking Aore Island. They contain a double and single bed and are suitable for two adults and one child or three cosy adults.  Sit on your balcony and enjoy the water view and cool evening breezes.

Our water view bungalows are available with fan cooling or air conditioning.

Garden view bungalows

The garden view bungalows have a double or twin single beds and are suitable for one or two people.  The rooms overlook the tropical gardens and all have balconies.

Our garden view bungalows are available with fan cooling (double bed only) or air conditioning.

The air conditioned rooms can be configured with twin beds, if required.

Family bungalows

A two room unit with a double and single bed in the main room and two beds in the other. It’s suitable for up to five people and is ideal for families.  The rooms overlook the tropical gardens and all have balconies. 
Our family bungalows are available with fan cooling or air conditioning.

The cottage

The cottage comprises two rooms with three single beds/bunks and one room with a double bed. There’s a large, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

In the lounge there’s TV and DVD player and later in 2007, Aussie satellite TV.

The cottage has a secure wash, dry and storage area for scuba equipment.

The Lodge

Our new Lodge, due to open 1 December 2007, will be the perfect location for budget conscious travellers to Espiritu Santo, either groups or individuals. Equipped with its own modern kitchen, TV lounge with satellite Aussie TV and a huge nakamal (Bislama for meeting place) it’ll be the place to get together after a days diving or adventuring, with its own gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and views over the lawns to the tropical waters of Segond Channel.

The accommodation itself comprises two six bed dorms with either fan cooling or air conditioning together with six single, twin/double or triple share rooms, again available with fan cooling or air conditioning.

Camping

Camping is available on the grassy lawns overlooking Segond Channel amongst the tropical gardens.

A BBQ and laundromat are on hand for guests use.

Shops and markets are nearby in town approximately 1.6 km away with
plenty of public transport passing close by.

Toilets and hot showers are available.

Business travellers

Two units are equipped with phone connections and wireless ADSL broadband internet and fax facilities are available. We can convert a family room into a two room office/apartment for longer term business guests.

Being close to town is convenient for the business traveller – close but away from the noise with plenty of off street parking.

Extended business or holiday visits

Beachfront Resort also has two fully furnished and equipped houses available for rent for periods in excess of one month. Subject to availability.

Both houses are located on the coast road at Agincourt only two minutes by taxi or bus from Luganville. The houses enjoy cool fresh sea breezes and fabulous views overlooking the Segond channel and the islands of Tutuba and Aore.

Each house has a house girl available for two half days per week (longer if required) and the grounds are tended by our gardeners.

The houses are stylishly furnished, fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, linen and towels - just grab the laptop, toothbrush and clothes - everything else is supplied. Both are air conditioned with split systems.

Satellite TV and DVD is included, telephones are connected but calls are billed separately as are internet/ADSL services if required. The mobile phone service provides good reception.

Extensive undercover decks, lawns and gardens complete with coconut, mango and pampalmous trees round off a very comfortable accommodation package.

Buses and taxis are available at the front gate and there is ample
off street parking at each house.

The first house has two bedrooms with a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed. The single bed could be changed to a double bed or double bunks according to needs.

The second house has four bedrooms with a single bed in the three smaller bedrooms and a double in the master bedroom.
