The Coolidge Bar & Grill

Our new restaurant and bar, The Coolidge Bar & Grill, is now open with extensive views over the resort lawns and ocean.

The rosewood bar is spectacular and suits the laid back atmosphere, with our new furniture plus white linen, the location is the perfect place for dinning with our essential, all day menu, or daily blackboard lunch and dinner specials.

With our new, three door drinks fridge, we’ve expanded our range of beers and have at least 9 different brands, I believe the best in Luganville, including Corona, XXXX, 1664 Kronenbourg and Tooheys Dry as well as Vanuatu’s very own Tusker.

It also enables us to have more chilled wine and cooled glasses on hand to keep your beer cold and for those special evening cocktails from our extensive list.

Our open nakamal overlooks Segond Chanel and has already become popular with guests and locals alike for lunch and dinner or just a mid morning snack.

Go online with the free hotspot wifi to keep in touch with the world whilst enjoying a cold beer or coffee.

There’s plenty of power outlets to save those valuable batteries.

Open from seven in the morning until late, The Coolidge Bar & Grill will continue to serve our famous pizzas, available in 6 varieties and 3 sizes, to take away or eat in.
